Each day that Congress is in session, we see the results of improper and inadequate instruction concerning the plain text and meaning of the Constitution. In order to achieve reform tomorrow, we must reach America's young people today with a clear understanding that the powers of the Federal government are limited to those enumerated in the Constitution. A correct understanding of the Constitution would lead Congress to remove the United States from the United Nations, and the United Nations from the United States, to defend innocent life, to fully safeguard the right to keep and bear arms, to eliminate completely the Federal role in education, to end multi-billion dollar Federal subsidies to Left-wing activist organizations, take back control of U.S. trade policy from NAFTA and the World Trade Organization, and much more. This project can change the course of American history. I hope that you will help us sustain and expand it.
