Throwing Industry

  In supplement to an application filed for approval of a Code of Fair Competition for the Throwing Industry, the appli- cants have requested immediate approval of certain provisions, of said Code, with amendments thereto, and after due con- sideration, acting under the provisions of the National Indus- trial Recovery Act, I agree with the applicants who have filed said Code for the Throwing Industry that the provisions of Sections III, IV, V, IX which, as amended are identical with corresponding provisions in the Cotton Textile Code, approved by me July 9, 1933, should be made effective as amended on July 17, 1933, which is the effective date of the Cotton Tex- tile Code, and I therefore hereby approve of said provisions of said Code for the Throwing Industry, as amended, subject to the interpretations and conditions imposed by me on my approval of the corresponding provisions of said Cotton Tex- tile Code and subject further to such revisions or modifications as I may find proper after a hearing has been held on said Code of Fair Competition for the Throwing Industry, now set for July 25, 1933.
